Himalaya Communications Pvt. Ltd. has been setup at Baddi in the state of Himachal Pradesh, northern part of India and started its operation in April’2001. The Company is part of the SCJ Group of Industries, with multilocational manufacturing facilities for PLASTIC MASTERBATCHES, COMPOUNDS and SHEETS FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE & THE WHITE GOODS INDUSTRY. The company has the most modern facilities to produce these cables of international standard. With a motto of improvement, innovation and keeping pace with the technological developments, we fully utilize our in-house experience and expertise to develop products / processes.

Director's Message

Mr. Darpan Jain is the eldest son of Shri Satish Chand Jain who is the founder of the SCJ Group. Darpan Jain started his working from his school time and has supported his father in his business. Along with working in business he has qualified B.COM. from the Delhi University. Darpan Jain was appointed as Managing Director in the year 1993-94 of SCJ Plastics Limited a flagship company of SCJ Group, a leader in Masterbatch & Compound business. Darpan Jain is the techno commercial person having interest in finance and technical matters. He is closely associated with spearheading the Indian industry trade initiatives to focus on R & D for excellence, technology, advancement and customer satisfaction.

With his great enthusiasm and initiative the HIMALAYA COMMUNICATION Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 2000 and started for the production of Jelly filled underground cables as well as Optical Fiber Cables with the production capacity of 12.6 LCKM & 27648 kms respectively from April 2001. Under his captain ship the company has added some other products like PLB Telecom duct, conduit and fluid pipes for application of drinking water, sewage water supply and irrigation systems to serve farmers rural and urban Indians as they are our biggest assets and motivation to keep providing them with the best in class-products. Developing products which stand for quality and safety and furthermore set standards in terms of innovation ensuring efficient processes. Darpan Jain has also served as a chairman to Jain International Trade Organisation. Under his chairmanship the dialysis centre was started for Renal Patients for underprivileged persons.

SMOOTH OUT RIBBED IN
  • Smooth Out Ribbed In duct is made from virgin, flexible HDPE in 2 layer construction with inner wall co-extruded with ‘Silicore®‘ lining. It offers lowest friction while installing Optic Fiber and copper cable networks. It can easily be swept to make gradual bends without special forming equipment. It has Superior resistance to natural or mechanical damage and has an expected life span of > 50 years.
  • Inside Straight Ribbed Silicore® Permanently Lubricated Lining reduces surface area of contact between Duct & Cable and maximizes pulling and jetting distances. The ribs help direct airflow around the cable during cable jetting installations increasing jetting efficiency.
